wr777 Terms & Conditions — User Agreement for Pakistani Members

1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "wr777" / "Platform" / "we" / "us" — refers to the wr777 online gaming platform, its operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers, collectively operating the website at wr777.bio.
• "Member" / "Player" / "User" / "you" — any individual who has registered, is registering, or is using the wr777 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the individual member account created upon successful registration on the wr777 platform, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.
• "Services" — all gaming, betting, promotional, and ancillary services provided by wr777, including but not limited to slots, live dealer casino, crash games, sports betting, and the VIP programme.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or enhanced balances credited to a Member's account pursuant to a promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification, including CNIC submission and any additional documentation wr777 may request in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total volume of eligible bets a Member must place before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

By registering an account on wr777, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and on each occasion you access the Platform.
• You are accessing wr777 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited for you personally, and you bear sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction that expressly prohibits participation in online casino or sports betting activities under applicable law.
• You are not a professional player, employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of any of the above employed by wr777 or any of its software, payment, or affiliate partners.
• You are acting as principal on your own behalf and not as agent or nominee for any third party.

wr777 employs age verification controls at registration and at the point of first withdrawal. If at any time wr777 has reasonable grounds to believe a Member is under the age of 21, the Platform reserves the right to immediately suspend the account pending verification, void all wagers placed, and forfeit all associated balances. wr777 will not be liable for any resulting losses claimed by the individual.

3. Account Registration

To access wr777's paid Services, Members must complete the registration process in full. By completing registration, you agree that:

• All information provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — is accurate, current, and complete. Submitting false information constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination.
• You will maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
• You are permitted to hold only one (1) wr777 account. Creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. wr777 uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. All associated accounts will be suspended and balances forfeited.
• You accept that wr777 may, at its sole discretion, decline or revoke any registration application without providing a reason.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your wr777 account credentials, including your password, OTP codes, and any two-factor authentication tokens. wr777 will never request your password, OTP, or 2FA code via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel. Specifically, you agree that:

• You will not share your account credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• You will notify wr777 immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or compromise of your credentials.
• All activity carried out under your account credentials — regardless of who performed it — is your responsibility. wr777 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the breach arises from your failure to maintain credential security.
• You will enable two-factor authentication on your account, particularly if you maintain a significant account balance or hold VIP status.
• You will not access your wr777 account from unsecured public Wi-Fi networks or shared devices without logging out upon session completion.

5. Deposits & Payment Methods

wr777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani members: JazzCash EasyPaisa HBL UBL Meezan Bank Visa/Mastercard USDT Crypto.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your VIP tier and payment method.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name that has been used for your KYC verification. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be returned (less any applicable processing fees) where feasible.
• wr777 does not charge platform-side deposit fees. Your payment provider may charge transaction fees — wr777 is not responsible for any such third-party charges.
• Deposits are credited to your wr777 account in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Crypto deposits (USDT) are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction processing.
• wr777 reserves the right to reverse or void any deposit that is identified as fraudulent, originating from a stolen payment instrument, or associated with a suspected money laundering transaction.

6. Withdrawals

wr777 aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly, subject to the conditions set out below:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits may apply based on your VIP tier; Black Diamond members benefit from elevated daily withdrawal limits as outlined in the VIP programme documentation.
• KYC verification (CNIC submission) must be completed and approved before wr777 will process any withdrawal. Members who have not completed KYC will have their withdrawal requests queued pending verification.
• Withdrawals may only be directed to payment methods registered in the Member's own name. wr777 will not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. Crypto withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes of approval. These are target processing times and are not guaranteed.
• wr777 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests at its sole discretion, which may extend processing times. Members will be notified of any such checks via live chat or email.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

wr777 offers a range of promotional offers to its members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP-exclusive promotions. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement, which will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. The standard wagering requirement for the Welcome Bonus is 20x the bonus amount.
• Wagering contribution rates vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live dealer games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%–20%). Sportsbook bets contribute at rates stated per-promotion.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered within the time period specified in the promotion (typically 30 days from the date of credit). Unexpired bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements within this window will be forfeited without notice.
• wr777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so.
• Promotional abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, structured low-risk wagering designed to clear requirements without genuine play, exploitation of software errors, or collusion between members — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and potential legal referral.
• wr777 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings derived from bonus play on a per-promotion basis, as stated in individual promotion terms.

8. Gameplay Rules

All casino games available on wr777 — including slots, live dealer tables, table games (RNG), and crash games — are operated in accordance with the following rules:

• All RNG-based games on wr777 use certified Random Number Generators that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is displayed within the game information panel.
• In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, the round result will be determined by the game provider's system logs. wr777's decision on the outcome of any disputed round is final where technical records are available.
• Bets placed after a game round has commenced (where the outcome is partially determined) are void. wr777 is not responsible for wagers placed as a result of display lag, network latency, or device issues on the Member's side.
• Live dealer game rules are set by the game provider (Ezugi) and are displayed within each game's interface. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms and a game provider's in-game rules, the game provider's rules govern gameplay conduct, while wr777's Terms govern financial and account matters.
• wr777 may at any time withdraw, modify, or restrict access to any game without prior notice.

9. Sportsbook & Cricket Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the wr777 sportsbook, including cricket, PSL, T20I, UFC, and virtual sports markets:

• All odds are subject to change prior to a bet being confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the moment of confirmation — not at the moment you initially selected the market.
• In-play bets are accepted at wr777's discretion. wr777 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice, including during live events. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or does not commence within 12 hours of its scheduled start time, all associated bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to be resolved for the accumulator to be settled. A single voided selection in an accumulator is treated as a non-runner; remaining selections stand at recalculated odds.
• wr777 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet or series of bets from any Member at its sole discretion, without providing a reason. This right is exercised to maintain the integrity of the sportsbook.
• PSL markets are subject to official PSL governing body rulings on match validity, result confirmation, and player status. wr777 will settle PSL markets in accordance with official results as declared by the relevant governing body.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the wr777 platform and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

• Registering or operating more than one wr777 account per individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the wr777 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any non-human mechanism to interact with the wr777 platform, including but not limited to bet placement automation, RNG prediction tools, or odds scraping.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or display glitches to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from known exploits are void and will be recovered by wr777.
• Colluding with other members in live poker, live table games, or sportsbook betting to manipulate outcomes.
• Initiating chargebacks via your payment provider in bad faith after receiving gaming services. Chargebacks are investigated thoroughly and may result in account suspension, debt recovery proceedings, and reporting to payment networks.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your wr777 account to any third party.

wr777 employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes. Where prohibited conduct is identified, wr777 will act without prior notice and may share relevant information with regulatory authorities, payment networks, and law enforcement where legally required or appropriate.

11. KYC Identity Verification

wr777 is required under its international operating licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification on all members prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC may also be triggered at any stage of the account lifecycle where wr777 has compliance-related grounds to verify identity.

• Standard KYC documentation required: a clear copy of your valid National Identity Card (CNIC) showing your full name, CNIC number, and date of birth.
• wr777 may additionally request: a proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days), a selfie with CNIC, or source-of-funds documentation for high-value transactions.
• KYC documents must be submitted via the Verification section of your wr777 account dashboard. Submissions are reviewed within 24–72 hours under normal operating conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of the first withdrawal request will result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold. Accounts inactive for 90 days with incomplete KYC may be closed and balances forfeited per Section 15.
• All KYC data submitted to wr777 is processed in accordance with the wr777 Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

12. Responsible Gaming

wr777 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from Account Settings without requiring live chat contact:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, and monthly maximum deposit amounts. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders — receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous play to encourage awareness of time spent on the platform.
• Reality Checks — periodic on-screen prompts displaying your net gaming result for the current session.
• Loss Limits — cap the total amount you can lose within a defined period.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the wr777 platform — including but not limited to the wr777 brand name, logo, website design, software, game assets, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of wr777 or its licensed partners and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wr777 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• No Member may copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, or create derivative works from any wr777 content without express prior written consent from wr777.
• Scraping, data mining, or automated extraction of data from the wr777 platform is prohibited. Violation of this provision may constitute a criminal offence under applicable computer misuse legislation.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable international law:

• wr777 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the wr777 platform, regardless of whether wr777 was advised of the possibility of such damages.
• wr777's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member to their wr777 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• wr777 is not liable for failures, delays, or disruptions to Services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, network failures, telecommunications infrastructure issues, DDoS attacks, or acts of government authority.
• Members accept that all gaming and betting activity on wr777 involves inherent financial risk and that losses are an expected and accepted outcome of gambling activity. wr777 does not guarantee any particular outcome or rate of return from gaming or betting activity.

15. Account Suspension & Termination

wr777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member account at its sole discretion, with immediate effect and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a Member's payment provider.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 months, subject to a 30-day prior email notice where contact details are on file.
• Request by a relevant regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order.

Upon termination for cause (breach of Terms), all balances — including Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited at wr777's discretion. Upon termination at wr777's discretion without cause (e.g., jurisdictional exit), Real Money Funds net of any pending charges will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within 30 days.

16. Amendments to These Terms

wr777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, wr777 will provide members with at least 14 days' notice via a prominent notice on the wr777 platform and/or email notification to registered account email addresses.

Your continued use of the wr777 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and request account closure before the effective date. 17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wr777 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to wr777 customer support for internal resolution. wr777 endeavours to resolve all disputes within 14 days of a formal written complaint being submitted.

Where an internal resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated to the dispute resolution body specified under wr777's gaming licence, whose decision shall be binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence.
